Using this website
These pages have no sign-up form, visitor account or advertising tracker. The workflow guide's copy and select-text buttons work in your browser. They do not send the prompt or your notes to us. We do not sell personal information collected through this website.
When you activate a Make affiliate button, this site sends a first-party request that contains only a campaign label such as a clip ID or direct visit and the button placement. We store each accepted request with a random event ID and UTC date for 90 days. We do not store an IP address, full referrer, cookie ID, account ID, prompt, device ID or visitor profile in this click record. We do not use cookies or browser storage for this measurement.
Public daily reports contain aggregate counts only. They do not expose event IDs. These are button-request counts, not unique people. Bots and repeat activations are possible. There are no historical first-party counts from before this measurement started, and the first day is only a partial UTC day. A click does not prove a registration, purchase, commission or received money.
A selected clip label shows which clip a visitor chose in the library or which labeled link they followed. It does not prove that the visitor arrived from that Short. Profile visits without a clip selection stay labeled as channel profile, and other unlabeled visits stay direct. We do not attribute a registration or sale to a clip unless Make provides the matching affiliate source in its own report.
Hosting and security
Cloudflare provides website delivery, the first-party click-counting service and security. In doing so, it may process information such as IP addresses and technical traffic data in its underlying systems. Depending on the security features in use, it may also use security cookies. We do not add advertising or analytics cookies. Read Cloudflare's privacy policy and its cookie information for details about its processing.
Affiliate links and other websites
Some links to Make are affiliate links, identified beside the link. We may earn a commission when someone registers and makes a qualifying purchase through one. The link includes our referral code. Clicking it takes you to Make, where Make may process technical and referral information and use cookies or similar technology to attribute referrals. We may receive referral, purchase and commission reports through the affiliate program.
No Make tracking script or embedded Make content runs on these pages. Read Make's privacy notice and its cookie information before using that site. You can use Make's cookie choices and your browser's cookie controls to manage optional cookies. Restricting cookies may prevent referral attribution. You can also visit Make directly without our referral code. Other sites, including YouTube, apply their own privacy terms when you follow their links.
If you contact us
When you email hello@usefulaiworkflows.com, we receive the sender details and information you include. Messages are forwarded through Cloudflare Email Routing to our Gmail inbox. We use this information to respond and handle related business records. The providers process messages for delivery and storage. See Google's privacy policy for its practices. Please avoid sending sensitive client, payment or account information.
Keeping and managing information
We retain correspondence for as long as reasonably needed to handle your inquiry, maintain related business records or meet legal obligations. Email us to ask about access, correction or deletion of information you have sent. Some records may need to be retained to meet legal obligations or resolve disputes.
Using the workflow prompt elsewhere
If you paste the prompt into an AI service, that service receives the information you choose to submit. Its privacy terms and settings apply. Use fictional or de-identified notes and avoid client names, contact details, addresses, access codes, payment details and other private information. Other websites you visit through links have their own privacy practices.
